[BTS] SGOTM 26 - Home Slices

We have 5 muskets vs. 1 longbow now, so we can't get much stronger.

Attack with the musket west of the city first.
Should be strongest I think.
Will pray for damage. :please:
The cover promotion balances the river penalty so all 3 muskets have the same odds (17.83%). Attacking now with non-cover musket first.

So, since the tri's are lured away, is it safe for the galley drop the muskets back near Mound city? can they trap the longbow?

So, since the tri's are lured away, is it safe for the galley drop the muskets back near Mound city? can they trap the longbow?
Possibly. I just uploaded the save. I've only moved 2 muskets to capture Mesa Verde so we have options. We could use our captured worker to see if we can lure the LB a bit further south...

EDIT: I also spread Sushi in Science so that we could see the impact to our economy.

You can't tell by our culture graph that we have Sushi just yet. It should become more obvious soon...
I was just thinking you can tell. If you're looking for it.
-------------
yes, our galleys were all 5 tiles away from the Tri's so of course they turned back.
I think we have to move in range (4 tiles) and move our Tri back home. Our caravel needs 2t to heal. and is not back in place yet.

I hope I didn't screw the pooch with the triremes. We have to maintain sea superiority or the war will be that much more painful.
Don't sweat it. We can board the (only) healthy musket and the chariot into the farthest north galley and sail back--just barely making it--4 tiles away. With our Trireme returned to our culture, I guarantee his Tri's go for the galley.

157 we can drop the 2 units and run away.

Drop the 2 units at Mound City-W+SW, yes? So the galley would move N+N+NE this turn and SE+NW+SW next turn.

I have to repair a water leak. We had two guys digging for the fence and they broke a main line.

I can put up a PPP for the next 5 turns tomorrow and hopefully get it approved and play by Friday and then hand off the save.

I think the plan is pretty straight forward with the keys to our cities being the Sushi spread plan and getting CHs in place to stop the bleeding.

I could use ideas on the SB war campaign beyond just the next turn. Do we collapse all units toward MC and Cahokia?

What do we do with our GG, cats and 3 muskets in our core (no easy and safe way to get them to SB)?

Keep research at 0% until Peter picks? This buys us time on the GM trade mission.

Other ideas?
