Shiori Fujisaki - Republic of Kirameki (Vanilla and RaF) - Introduces the Republic of Kirameki, led by Shiori Fujisaki (again)

Introduces the Republic of Kirameki, led by Shiori Fujisaki, and based on the universe of the Tokimeki Memorial series.

Supports English and French languages (Japanese language localization will be available in a (probable) later update)

Once the compressed folder is downloaded, extract it and put the unzipped folder in C:\Users\(your account name)\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods

WARNING : This mod is NOT compatible with the Vanilla version. Also, do NOT rename...

February 2019 patch compatibility update

- Mod tagged as compatible with the February 2019 update by adding <CompatibleVersions>2.0</CompatibleVersions> in the Properties section of the Modinfo file
- The Giant Battle Mech now requires the Robotics technology instead of Nuclear Fusion
- Concerning the Loading screen, the height of the leader foregroung image that moved higher because of the February 2019 update is set to 1080 pixels, so the image is put back to its normal place
- Added images for the Moments
