I say: let him produce one static unit that looks quite fine and is skinned (hehe a hard nut to crack for him) without any errors when posted (yes, testing is also a part of 3dsMAX) - then he´ll get my .

Dimaliok, woodelf is a very prolific contributor to many mods and many threads on civ fanatics, yet he has only recently begun making new units for civ 4, and is rapidly improving. This thread was some of the greats welcoming him into the fold. I know I will be using his units for my mod, but then I'm not particularly picky or careful.
