The FBI want Kim Dotcom extradited to the USA and the NZ High court is being difficult by telling the FBI show us the evidence against him.
They raid his Mansion grabbed all his servers and the damn fool NZ police copied the hard drives for the FBI to have in the USA which was not part of the search warrant.
Now we have a ratty judge asking awkward questions, like who ordered the hard drive copies to be given to the FBI, why did the FBI take part in a raid when they are not police officers.
The chances of Kim Dotcom being extradited now are slim, the government knows that being seen as a Blair puppet would carry a heavy political cost.
