The following code modifies the Kasbah to yield 2 Food, 1 Production, 1 Gold, 1 Culture with an additional +1 Food near Fresh Water.
To compensate the increased yield, the Kasbah may only be placed on flat desert tiles and no 2 Kasbahs may be placed adjacent. (That's a maximum of only 12 tiles in case of a city completely surrounded by flat desert.)
Reason for modification is Marokko AI spamming the normal Kasbah improvement on every desert tile which looks silly.
The +1 Food near Fresh Water was tricky since "Improvement_FreshWaterYields" which I tried first did not work.
