1)Cities that don't have your state religion, have anti-religionX riots and want you to change to their religion.
*Ignore them, anger in all cities, small chance for revolt/revolution in there cities (If you dont wanna do revolution, just revolts if possible)
*Donate to their church to calm them down, loose money
*Give them religios freedom, switches civic to free religion (required tech that gives free religion)
*Change religion, + happiness in those cities(maybe minus happiness in cities with original religion
^^Maybe you can change that to be only on religion change, not sure
2)Small anti-goverment paramilitary force has popped up in a civ you are either angry with or in war with
*Support them with a lot of military units, loose a certain number of units, between half and double of those units enemy ones are killed (ex. if you give 4, enemy looses 2-8 units whereever in their land). The actual event would just say "Loose X units", but it would send you a message after sayign "Y number of enemy units were killed by the paramility force in civX"
*Support with a little military support, same as above but smaller
*Send gold, loose gold, 0-2 units killed
*Do nothing
3)International company wants to move its HQ to your city of X
*Make sure it happens, loose a lot of gold, HQ goes moves to that city, -relation with original hq civ
*Donate money to the cause, loose some gold, 25% chance
*Send best wishes, 10% chance
*Decline invitation, -X% gold, +relation with that civ
Thats about as complicated as one i can think of, so definatly gotta requiere python, if not i give up
