Simple question about the info box

What do the numbers after your civ name and government type in the info box mean? Where it says like Persia - Depsotism (6.1.1). It looks similar to a military unit's stats but I couldn't find it in the manual or searching the forum. Thanks in advance.

Those numbers signify the percentage of your empires income going into, in order - Tax/Science/Entertainment. The three numbers, if you notice, add up to ten. So for example, Persia - Republic - 3.5.2 would be 30% Tax / 50% Science / 20% Entertainment.

These numbers change as you adjust the two sliders (science research & luxury/entertainment, respectively) at the Domestic Advisor screen. If you set science at 50 and luxury at 20, your tax rate will be 30.
3.5.2 will show up on the info box.
