i think you can only get it when using the slavery civic
so to answer your question:
yes
chances fo from 0% to >0%
Overstatement of the century... I'll stay in Slavery most of the game (if not all)... slave results are few and far between in a well groomed empire... I rarely get them (though I certainly do get them, it's not often enough to make me think for two seconds I need to ditch the slavery civic). The upside of whipping your slaves to rush products (if anything) almost makes the other civics useless.I hate this event cause it makes slavery almost useless. too often, too fatal.
You must be mistreating your slaves more then me... spare the whip and show your slaves a kind hand every now and then. You probably are whipping them TOO MUCH (or maybe you just need to use a more charismatic leader).@wolfchanze,
it seems you've been lucky so far, come back to me when you get three revolts in five turns while building a wonder
Staying in slavery and how-much you whip are two totally different things. You can "stay in slavery" and never whip at all... or you can stay in slavery and whip every turn in every city for hundreds of years.Does the amount of whipping affect the amount of potential revolts cos i my experiance it doesn't, I usually get 2-3 a game normal speed and stay in slavery most of the time.
