Anyone has ever experienced them?

Here is one of my many SP episodes:

It was 11:23 PM. I was very tired from playing Basketball all day. So I went to sleep right away when I got to bed. Than I woke up sometime during the morning with the surroundings all darkened and I was unable to move, and speak. I would try to squirm/move and speak. After a few minutes I fully wake up.

It's weird. Sometimes I hear static or a pinging noise next to my ear that becomes louder or less louder randomly, and I also see shadows and a strong feeling of a evil presence(s).

It freaks me out really bad. :(

I have sleep paralasys as well, but I've never had any "beings" or somethings like that. The only symptoms is that I sometime wake up by "falling" into bed with pressure on my chest, which is realy something I'm not too bothered with.

Ive had them a few times, but I knew what it was so I was not freaked out, much.

My episodes (although they don't happen too often) are actually quite fun. :p

I sometimes wake up and I feel like I'm falling into my bed, or I wake up and my feet will feel like they are moving.

Here's an article on the subject if you're worried about it:

I've various forms of it, even the presence of something in the room -- however my interest in ufology surely triggers that. I have no reason to believe I've been abducted, but I could see how people have thought that. It is creepy... other times I have the floating/falling feeling too. I had those so often at one point I felt like I could control it. Very cool!! All just tricks of the mind though.

whenever I wake up really early, get up, eat breakfast, decide I'm still sleepy and go to bed, it happens as I'm falling asleep.

Happens when I nap too much during the day. First time it ever happened I saw things and heard them, didn't get back in bed for like a whole day and a half before i figured out it was harmless.

I've never had it and it sounds scary to me!

I don't have this happening to me.

Probably twice in my whole life I've had the wierd sensation that I couldn't move, but no phantoms or anything.

I do get some of that resltess leg syndrome BS from time to time, quite aggravating and almost the opposite of sleep paralysis. I also have had that dream-falling sensation where I kick my legs and wake up with a start.

Damned good night's sleep can be hard to come by at times.

Happens to me weekly, usually whatever I am dreaming about starts to happen in my room.

I have that too, but I thought it was pretty common...

Yeah I have that kicking thing to, maybe just last night as well. But it doesn't have to be while I'm asleep just drifting in and out.

When I wake up I don't move for a while either. But I think its just me being lazy.

Well, I'm always interested in trying new things. :)

Btw, you say your dreams come to life, so you experience a [wiki]Lucid Dream[/wiki]?

It is not a lucid dream. For example if I am dreaming about a football game, it will seem like the players are in my bedroom.
