Slim vs. Curvy && Size Zero

I'm one of those really thin girls. I'm a size one, but I'm also taller than most girls [5'10]. I sure have to take a lot of crap for being the size I am...like always getting told I need to eat and people asking if I'm anorexic and stuff like that. Then there are the people who are like "Are you a model?!?" and "You should be a model! You're so tall and pretty". I'm not a big fan of either sets of those people. -.-

I was born this way and I'm not like my sister who is doing everything she can to change her weight. Nothing and nobody influences my weight and I'm perfectly happy the way I am, even if I get picked on for it.

Yay a sane women. Some of my female friends are quite attractive women but still think guys like them for their personality or whatever. If you're size 6 have a pretty face and wear a g string I don't think most guys will care to much. My friend is tiny but she seems to put alot of pressure on herself.

The Size Zero thing is all over the UK TV at the minute.

It's a strange facination because as you've seen here, not many men find Size Zero attractive. In my view men make attempts to copy those in the media in an attempt to look good for the opposite sex*. Women look to be copying the stick thin women in the media for... what? There's enough evidence out there that this isn't what men find attractive.

p/s: i like to add that although most ppl prefer curvy women and thats include me. Size zero women looks better when photograph and they look better on clothes. i have done photography for both type of women and size zero women are definitely easier to shoot.

Studies have shown that fashion models tend to be extremely tall, thin, and flat, while porn stars tend to be shorter and much more voluptuous. One of these industries caters almost exclusively to men, the other largely to women.

The reason that really skinny women are used as run way models is because of the fact that very slim girls fit into most of the dresses with little commendations such as adjusting the bust, back, wherever.

I LOVE curves. and I love them on me. When I'm skinnier I feel less of a girl. Clothes look better on me admittedly, as they're not designed for curves. For example I have an ass (just ask abaddon) and hips, but a narrow waist which makes getting trousers a nightmare. so for wearing/shopping for clothes, I prefer being skinny. But for being naked and up to antics... well who wants bruises on their hipbones from playtime?!

This babe is my absolute role model. fun, playful, curvy, in control of herself, a touch arrogant (in a sexy way), 50s style glamour. and she dresses for what looks good on her, not fashion. babe.

Wow remarks like that is what makes girls kill themselves to be skinny. Beyonce is woman size. Not fat.

I do find beyonce a lot to handle but only because shes always like 'I'm a whole lotta woman' alwasy throwing it in your face. but bodywise, I doubt she could lose weight. thats just the shape she is.

As a rule I find skinny girls (and boys for that matter) a bit scary. Visible collarbones and hipbones gross me out. and being able to count ribs *bleurgh*. but in clothes, can look hot. But really, how do they have the self control?! I've started doing exercise classes just so I can eat guilt free!
