Good news: I have built Winter Palace in Odessa, rushed Einstein's Lab in Moscow. We are researching techs every two turns.
Bad news: Siamese declared war and captured Krasnoysrsk on IBT-8. We don't have uranium, but Siamese have it :ar15:. I have signed MA with Japan and Arabs, and on the next turn Japan have recaptured Krasnoyarsk :(

Clear a forest near Smolensk

I have miscounted food and shields in Smolensk. I thought it could reach +30 fpt for growth every turn and still pump 30 spt for a Laborer every turn. We could still do that with another production modifier on top of the Water Mill. We aren't far from Electronics and Engineers, so even if we did set it up, it wouldn't last long.

Yakutsk is currently building National History Museum, which we don't really need. We can still switch to a Factory without waste.

Don't remember much from Thursday session but the things that happened:
Signed peace with everyone
Launched into Modern Times, Radar free tech, Pesticides, 'lectronics, Advanced Flight, researching Mech Warfare in 3 turns.

Aztecs and Siam have/had decimated Carthage/Japan and Arabs (respectively)

Moscow- Hoover Dam- 11 turns
St Pete- Edison's in 3 turns
Keiv- Spirit of St Louis in 9 turns

Do you think that we have wasted all our gold for upgrading, and have built tanks and artillery to just sign peace and pay 168 gpt for unit support now? We need Uranium for SS Fuel Cells, and Siamese have it.
I must say this again: please don't do anything global without discussion with team.
 
Rep hit isn't critical. There's nothing for us to buy. We can still sell techs for gpt, as long as the AI have any available.

We should be able to pick up all the necessary modern techs at 3 turns each and launch by 1800.
 
According to CA2, in Social Democracy we will produce 3158 breakers per turn with 154 gpt income :eek:
If CA2 calculation is correct, we will be able to research modern age techs with 2 turn rate. I would change scientific project to Fission and take Democratic Socialism and Computers as free techs from Edisson's.

Sounds good. I thought about a possible government change, but didn't do any comparisons.
 
I queued 3-4 buildings in each city on pre-flight. Learned Fission and took Democratic Socialism and Miniaturization for free. Revolt, got 4 turns of anarchy.
After revolution I saw that CivAssist calculated economy wrong - it doesn't counted unit support, which is 5gpt per unit... I disbanded some unusefull units like Riflemans and Cossaks, but we are still at negative gpt. Joined few workers to cities. After disbanding and MM I learned Computers in 2 turns and queued research tree to Computer Networking.

We are researching techs every two turns!
