Small bug: A city called York

I try to rename 'New York' in 'York'; the game ignores my changes; obviously I can rename that city with other names..

I think you can't change it, because there is already a York in the game.

Meaning the English are in your world somewhere.

yeah, that makes sense. Remember the game needs unique city names.

Mhh... so this is not a bug, it's a rule of the game..
I think it's a little bit unrealistic; some cities in the real world have or haved names of other cities..

It would get very irritating to have two cities with the same name. This happened very occasionally in Civ 3, and although it wasn't that major a problem I found it very annoying.

"York " with an extra space doesn't work! I called it "American York"

I have fun with cities with the same name and i feel strange that my american settlers know that exists a city called "York" somewhere in my world and decide to name this new colony "NEW York"
