Small score list window

hi guys, i was watching a few gameplay vids on youtube and noticed a little score list window under diplomacy menu on the top right corner of screen as in this video.

i cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn this feature on. I do not see any options for such menu either. the closest thing i have found was the F8 details screen.

does anyone know how to turn that window on?

Go to Menu, Options, Interface Options, and then check the Single Player Score List option

I would have posted this a the recent thread, but it was closed...

There is a small all-player score list in the upper right portion of the screen. Does anyone know how to turn this feature off when playing in hotseat multiplayer?

It's really been bugging me. Thanks for any help.
