It could have a metaphorical value. When a poster just with a few words (a spear) breaks down someone else's long post of arguments (heavy artillery). I know people have done that to me...

The fact that this won't be useful in non-Civ sections of the forum is invalid IMO. This is, after all, a Civ-fansite.

It does have some use but there is an infinate amount of smilies that could be added, the problem is deciding which should be added as realistically only a finite number can be on the site. That smilie is still too big to qualify

Looking at the last post, how about forcing all civ sites to vary their names alittle. Perhaps drop the over used letters such as C and D...
