"You're Welcome, CivFanatics"
Win a regular game as Tamar

:)
How about
"Fans, Tamar is not from the Georgia you think is Georgia"
"Win a regular game as tamar while capturing at least one American city that owns a marsh or floodplains tile"

With Mongolia and Georgia in the expansion, it seems likely that we will get a scenario about the Mongol invasion of Georgia, at least hope we get something like that. Maybe they will reveal it this week...

ok now it is under an hour I am starting to get a bit nervous, maybe we were all wrong, were we seeing unicorns when we needed to be looking at horses before zebras,

Ok breath in and out .... breath in ... and out ...

I didn't realize you are so invested in the Tamar/Georgia thing.

And Korea - not to mention China, Japan, and Indonesia from before. A Mongol Horde scenario would be a blast - try to overcome foes who prevailed historically, venture into new realms.

Typically scenarios are mentioned in the features on Steam, and they are not. I suspect there will be no scenarios.

Maybe they are saving it as a surprise. Excluding stuff from the announced features would start a shitstorm of epic proportions but I don't think anyone would mind if they add something (unless this something is female ) and afaik there's no technical or bureaucratic rule stopping them.

You should just go to bed... I'm sure it'll be fine. I mean what's the worst that could happen???:backstab:

If you don't think I have already referenced that well then you will just have to read it to see :)

I doubt there would be scenarios this expansion, but I do believe there will be DLC style scenarios - ala Vikings, with R&F being the necessary purchase before hand.

Considering the rather bad conception of the vikings dlc (at least on steam) I think such a dlc will included a bit more than just scenario + wonders and city states. ^^"

Which begs the question re: an Italian City-State civ-- could Genoa be in R&F? They had several major trading cities just north of Georgia on the Black Sea, until the Mongols catapulted plague-ridden corpses into the towns. As they fled back to Italy, the Genoese refugees brought the Black Death to Europe...

Indeed I can say that was the only DLC I would not have bought if it was not part of the DDE, however, it has grown on my after awhile

I wonder what kind of civilization Georgia will be? Warlike?

TBH I hope it isn't religious, or be Religious leaning. From where Firaxis made some Civ's want to go for a religion while others not.

Cultural, I think. Tamar's Golden Age is described as a flourishing of art and literature.

Still though, I wouldn't put it past Firaxis. Honestly though, Vikings was one of the more fun scenarios to me this cycle - that and the Gifts of the Nile one.
