China Attacked:

The Empire of Japan seeks to continue it's Pacific supremecy by conquering China. Their Destroyers have bombarded the coast, allowing them an overwhelming victory in SIC, along with thir recent development of effective machine guns. The odds were also overwhelming in NNJ, where China also lost.

The United States Senate, dominated by the manifest destiny party demands that their nominal ally be assisted. The President, however refused to aid them.

Brasil declared war on Japan for the attack, as did the Boer Empire, as neither has a fleet not much is expected from them. India is predicted to act on her allies behalf against the Boers.
