It is an oft used operational move of Al Qaeda to conduct operations through false flag groups; it was their m.o. for the previous operations in Africa.
 
It's a good way to lead the western powers off track so they can re group and attack again.

No, it happened because of the beliefs of individuals, and their perverted interpretions of Islam that they use to 'justify' their heinous acts.


Islam does not preach the murder of unbelievers, any more that christianity does.

If you reread what I originally posted, it was something like "why should they (islamic nations) subscribe to western values".

Freedom is one value, democracy is another value. I do think that these are values that the Muslim world should aspire to - although democracy is not perfect. Its about the implimentation.

However, I further asked as to whether you think all the values of Western society are iconic pinacles of social structure.

Aspire to some values, not all.

why do you then first set one religion = one kind of behaviour and then one culture = one kind of behaviour? isn't it obvoius that it's the culture that is the orgin of the stoning and not the religion? i think the turkey example should prove it.

Of course that didn't prevent certain TV stations from reporting that "the Palestinians" committed this act of terror.

Yes, but at least in case of the hotel alot of luck was involved. Many of the Israelis avoided being hit directly by pure chance, if you look at the pictures of the hotel it becomes pretty clear that it could have been even much worse.

Saying Islam needs a change is stupid. The terrorists need a bullet in the head. THey don't in any way reflect true Islam. I mean if the KKK had a get together and started killing people in the city they were visiting, would you say Christianity needs a change? Just because someone claims to be from a religion doesn't mean that they are the religions spoke person. I mean we need to think of this in terms of TV and Radio shows. "The opinions expressed by al queda do not in any way, shape or form express the views of Islam".

Islam isn't the problem. Its people who use twist Islam to suit their goals and give them an "excuse" to kill. Again, i am going to bring back the KKK thing. They said they were Christian, so does that mean I'm racist because I'm Christian. No it doesn't. ANd i can prove it, I'm Christian and I'm not rascist.
