So, that hearing on UAPs...how's it going?

Since I'm kind of sceptic (not that much about aliens, but about the possible disclosure), I wasn't paying much attention to it so far. Just briefly checking what's been going on before going to bed, it seems like so far it was just repeating hearsay from Grusch and two pilots testifying that they "saw something".
So I wonder, what's your take on this? And does anyone have a reliable site with a transcript of actual hearing, since I don't want to sit through hours of video?

I believe UAPs are another word for UFOs

If Congress is doing this malarkey, it's because some interesting bill is being debated and they want the masses distracted.

"I want to believe" ^^
But is there anything other than the usual grainy videos? If at least the claim was that the video normally is high definition, but the uaps caused it to degrade, it would be scifi-relatable :)

it is two guys who claim to have seen UFOs . The Nimitz incident is made up . Can't remember whether the other guy was the one who saw 1950s tech level reflector balloons that kept up propping up in USN training areas but this forum refuses any possibility that Russians can outperform America in submarine design .

the heavy weight , in the era of the Oppenheimer movie , is concerned . He was never in a situation he was directly involved . But he knows people who were . That's how there will be some movie about him some years later , his innocence and whatnot . But basically Lockmart has not been given intelligence reports and stuff on the level of the Echo computer programme and stuff of 1970s that enabled them to limit the angles of radar returns in the F-117 format . So , Lockmart wants a specific US Naval Intelligence unit closed .

it is fully on topic as if someone wants to destroy some other guy with connections , he/she will need powerful weapons to deter the connections . They are REALLY trusting on the power of the allure of Pizzagate claims for success .

If anything, there is certainly enough antipathy for the human civilization to make even the manifestation of aliens be (by some) a welcome development.
It more than just likely would lead to the end of humans, of course.

Why is Joe Rogan doing this? His views are going up through the roof every time he releases a UFO podcast. UFO's are phenomenal for business. Millions of people will drop whatever they are doing to start watching fairytales for adults as soon as they hit the air. It is notable, JRE Bob Lazar video is his most watched ever, out of thousands of recorded episodes.

Why is US military doing this? Last hooray, the ability to create various funds for dispersing money on UAP research programs and the like. Only the US military has the knowledge and the ability to save us from impending invasion of soul drinking cephalopods. Everybody knows that.

Why do UAP enthusiasts blow up the hype? They've been crazy long before this whole thing started. Now they finally have an outlet, a voice (Rogan), and even discussion in congress. Best time to be alive!

Add it all together, there's a very promising business project, with mentally challenged as target audience.

cover-up but not just for the lap-top

What's interesting about this whole UAP/UFO thing is that the topic poses similar questions to the 'Manifestation of god' thread.

What if a UAP/UFO landed in some major city and some space dude came out of it and said 'Hey man I'm from outer space, do you believe me?'

the Great Reset thing . That the elites and the secret cabals have agreed there are too many human beings for the resources of the planet and will use the matchless superiority of United States to mimic an alien attack/war to kill billions . Like so many heartfelt thanks to the "large numbers" of dark gray squares in transparent spheres visible lately to deter that ...

The UFOs will be used to explain away the disappearance of millions.

As for the matchless superiority of the United States I disagree. US is on it's way out to be replaced by China or by the beast system.

if ı was to say 20 cubes in a sphere off Virginia this morning according to EST , ı would disappear overnight . But , yes , the range of threats Washington uses include that if they go down , they will let all the loonies in the US run amok and THEY would really cosplay Armageddon .

At some point I posted the Cosmos (original Carl Sagan version) episode dealing with Barney and Betty Hill and their claim of being abducted by aliens.

This is the episode in which Sagan stated that he would be happy if aliens really were visiting... but there isn't any evidence. This is where "extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence" comes from.

Sagan's minimum threshold for acceptance was a physical artifact that could not have been produced on Earth, by humans (or any other lifeform native to Earth, I'm assuming).

Pretty much the zeitgeist of the age. Conspiracy Theories are no longer at the fringe of society, they are a major industry which attempts to control the media narrative nowadays, the very thing they accuse others of doing.
