So what happened to the Rhye's and Fall Civ5 mod?

I'm not a big Civ player. I ONLY played RFC in Civ4, and I never played anything else. When my computer couldn't play RFT anymore (can't play 32-bit games), I stopped playing Civ.

I saw in 2021, the RFC dev said that the final mode will be finished in Spring 2021. I still see no info on it. In the RFC Civ5 forums, there was a post in April 2022 about India, but that's it. Where are people getting the mod? Why hasn't it been released last Spring? What's the word?

Rhyes and fall isn't finished yet, but rhye has posted that he is working on a new update for it today.
