[SOLVED] Adding icons to new Civics?

I'm attempting to overhaul the Civics tree and added in several new Civics. I added in the new icon definitions in Icons_Civics.xml, but none of the new icons are showing up. The code is all correct.

Has anyone successfully added a new Civic and given it an icon other than the default?

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I'm not even using a custom icon set, just reusing icons from the existing IconTextureAtlases. The Tech Tree will allow icons from both the Civics and Tech IconTextureAtlases, but none of the new Civics will display icons from the existing Civics atlas.

What do you mean other than the "default"?

The Code of Laws icon is given to all new civics by default. If I wanted to, say, give one of the new civics the Political Philosophy icon it doesn't show up for me.. it just stays with the Code of Laws icon.

No offence intended but, are you sure your code is right? I know its possible to do, atleast with a custom dds and atlas and its the same principle:-

I'm an idiot. I should have known that as soon as I was positive my code was correct it wouldn't be.
I forgot to add the _FOW to the end of the icon names.
