The wagon is very cool, does it run at faster speeds in game?

The War Wagon was kind of a strange unique unit choice on the part of Ensemble Studios. The original animation firing a ballista bolt is even wierder. ;)

Nice stuff! Any chance of an arrow version, tho?

4 guys throwing javelins out of such a confined space, and hitting anything beside the walls, is not very realistic :(

:sad:This is the big arrow, too long and thick, like a modern rocket.

Actually, the war wagon was a kind of field unit, not siege unit. It was equipped with heavy armor, to be a motive fortress and counteract nomads.

In China, the first emperor of south dynasty, Liu Yu.

He defeated more than 30,000 Tabgatch heavy cavalries with war wagons and only 2,700 Chinese infantries in 417AD when he was a general of the Jin dynasty. The history record said it was a kind of engine and launched lots of lances, not javelins. But no one kown how was the engine.

And in Korea, the Goryeo dynasty, the engines in war wagons were crossbowes or Ballistas.

So you know, the war wagon is the characteristic unit of Korean Civilization in AOK.

You mean the downloads database? :)Yes, uploaded.

Hwacha would have been a better unique unit choice. But then again Ensemble also made some peculiar choices with other units as well.

Cool stuff, thanks!
