Now I know the main reason for this site is for all things Civ and other TBS/RTS games however any of you like to dabble with shooters and sims?

I am currently playing, when I need a break from strategy games, IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad, Battlefield V, and Hereos & Generals. See a video sample of mine below:

IL-2 reminded me that it's been a while since last flight sim release. I think the genre is not very popular at the moment. If it has ever been And now I mean of course more serious simulator games for example A-10 from 2011.

Flight sims are not very popular among the masses that is for sure however there is a pretty good sized community for IL-2. Multiplayer is alive though. Whenever I log in there are anywhere from 4 to 60 players on a server and there are about 4 servers that are very active. Most of the player base seems to be first from Europe then from North America and the community is quite civil.
