PS: In order others can help you better, can you explain if that moves when you scroll, if the shape is always the same, etc.

Well it gone know, but i dont think it was a big problem when i scrolled away it dissapered.

It's a monitor thing, I'm sure.
Sometimes when I type too fast the text doesn't show up until later. When I scroll too fast sometimes some weird thing shows ups.
I was thnking it was an interesting, the toolbar until I looked at where you were living...

It´s not a monitor problem, it´s a memory / system resources problem. Whenever Windoze is running low on free memory, i.e. when you have multiple windows and/or you used one or more programs, e.g. PtW, before that, effects like this happen. 
The problem is that neither Windoze nor those programs, PtW is really bad at this, totally free the RAM they used when finishing a process. And furthermore, the more applications you have and had running after starting Windoze, the more fragmentated your RAM will be, just like the HD, too.
Easiest solution is to reboot. You can also refrain from using system intensive programs while you surf and from using too many seperate windows. A memory defrag program also helps a little and more importantly, you can track the amount you still have left.

It happens to me quite a lot, but that's when I'm trying to coordinate with finishing my english homework, trying to do my united nations homework, posting here and looking up my txt file to post more clues in the 1000 clues thread.
