You can do multiple plots/actions per turn, but effectiveness of individual actions are reduced.

Roleplay posted counts as plots/actions, but only sorta.

OOC: Sone, I think that video trucked me up badly.

ODESSA Quarterly
Influence achieved in Argentina!
Our operatives have influenced the nation of Argentina so that we are in effective control of the country. We should not, however, use these resources as a way of retaking the Reich. Best to not draw too much attention to ourselves right now.
Sieg Heil!
EDIT:
Argentina is in B6

OOC: Wait, is it okay to actually posses an entire country so suddenly from turn one ?

OOC: I assume that the government of a specific country counts as a "group". Sone can correct me if I'm wrong.

The Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon were pious lot (so they say) had interrogated its new members with blessed entry. After the Order's "dismantling" during the reign of the Philip IV of France and Pope Clement V the Order sought hiding within the Holy Roman Empire and Scandinavia. The successive Grandmasters continued the legacy of Hugues de Payens, succeeding from Jacques de Molay the Martyr whom symbolized the gruesome culling of the Holy Order. Grandmaster Mikkel Salomon, in office between 1521-1543, especially helped in the security of the Order, along with the establishment of its creed since it took into becoming an organization of the shadows, a conspiracy.

The works of Martin Lurther were a part of a play of retribution against Papal authority for failure to resist the pressure of Philip IV of France. Retribution was finally set against the Kingdom of France but it was hijacked by a new nemesis, the Illuminati, whom turned the Templar efforts into what became the French Revolution. Yet this opposition prove honourable, as Grandmaster William Blake would consider. While Grandmaster Otto von Bismark would bring a age of ensuring strings into central politics along with convincing Nicolas II of Russia into joining the Order, the schism the Knight Order itself suffered with Wilhelm II and Rasputin in Russia hindered their efforts. Yet their German strings would be regrown during the Cold War… slowly. It was the Holy Roman Empire that helped to secretly shelter us and it continued to this day…

“But father: is our hold now absolute?” replied a Rebecca Davidson to her uncle Rayner Davidson in a lit chapel of the Knight Templar.

“Alas nothing but the Lord and His judgements are truly absolute” spoke Rayner to his daughter. “We lose and regain control time to time; our current control has shaken off a bit. Yet it is through the German banking that we maintain our budget. Though we have once again had our strings shaken off, thanks to the Euro crisis making our perceived networks broken, we still hold the banks. It must be noted as for Virgo once said:"

Randolf Virgo said:
Thee who controls the banks controls the universe: such is the law which Christendom must annex for the shake of charity, to reward industry and to punish sloth.

"...hence” continued Rayner “by right our continued traditions since the Crusades for our fingers in banking must hence carry out the Lord's labour.”

“The Lord’s labour be blessed” went Rebecca. “Once I enter the Knight Templar I will serve my duty as a sister, father.”

“As you will, cousin” spoke Rayner. “You better head off my child; I sense consult with matters regarding our duty.”

Rebecca noticed two figures began walking towards her uncle and nodded her head. The teenager then left her father’s brother to leave the chapel.

"Greetings brothers" spoke Rayner Davidson to two approaching figures; banking guru Jürgen Austerlitz and the newly appointment member of the Holy Order that be Lechosław Bernard.

“I greet you too Brother Rayner” spoke Austerlitz. “Tis the season of joy for our Holy Order?”

“Arr yes your appointment to Deutsche Bank” replied Davidson. “Your position will aid us in the long run then?”

“I never expected such a promotion” went Austerlitz “but my duty before delay. I will take in humility my aim.”

“Co-CEO is not exactly the most humble of positions” spoke Bernard. “Indeed temptation clings those who take such positions.”

“Yet all face temptation Brother Lechosław; you should learn this as you trail your way as a Poor-Fellow Soldier” went Davidson. “Tis humility that even kings may take, where even a peasant may fall to pride.”

“Sin is not a restrictive curse but rather a universal one” spoke Austerlitz.
“Indeed” replied Davidson. “Such is the trails of our purging that we must face the horrors of the world, be in the battlegrounds of Syria to the burden of the homeless in London. War and poverty are evils which we must bravely face in the name of the Lord, no matter how many times they reborn.”

“I hope to indeed take part in such stances” spoke Bernard. “I hope to follow your example in virtue Brother Jürgen, as well as follow you Brother Rayner and, indeed, Grandmaster Longin Niemec.”

“We are all part of the Shepard’s flock” spoke Austerlitz. “We may admire each other’s virtue but we must not be blind in the worship of our heroes, less it denies us the worship of our Lord. Such is another trail that the Lord places us in, as He trials all. Our sinfulness must be judged along with our goodness.”

“Indeed brother” went Davidson. “Our order works in the shadow so that we can strive for the Light. We face the darkness in its domains so that we can expose the wolfs in sheep clothing.”

“May we continue our efforts” spoke Bernard.

“Amen” went Austerlitz.

“Like my cousin Rebecca you will learn the full extent of your purpose Brother Lechosław” went Davidson. “In time you will have your experience. Yet time be set; the time of prayer approaches us.”

“So be it” went Austerlitz

“I will prey for our victories” went Bernard.

“Prey not for our victories” went Davidson “but for that we do not fall from them as if they become a Tower of Babel. We must not make the mistake of those who in proclaiming humility in front of the Lord become blinded with pride. We are patrons of virtue, not of Babel.”

“Then so may paragon be our aim” spoke Austerlitz.

“So be it” went Bernard and Davidson.

The figures then left the chapel…

Dawkins gives a speech to G4 and unconverts it from Religionanity.

EDIT: Additionally, the cell should be named Chemical Industries

Mind if I do call it DuPont? Chemical Industries is very vague.

Argentina is in B6

You can't out and out claim an entire country. When it comes to governments, you are allowed to create groups that are new organs within the government.

For example, in the United States, nobody can claim the CIA, but players can make a CIA-like organ of the government. (The CIA still exists though, so there'll prolly be drama).

Could you name the new group in G4?

thankee for the answer.
Still form a group in B6 but have it be a official Argentinan Newspaper, the Periódico

Depends on what the cells are representing in the game;

Does the cells represent sectors such as Chemical Industry sector; insurance companies, sharia banking, etc. or does it represent single companies (e.g. DuPont, Nestle, Wal-Mart, etc.)

Because if it is the former, I would later RP expanding to other similar chemical industries while staying in the same cell (developing the same cell).

But if the case is the latter, in which it represents single companies instead of sectors, I would have no problem if you would like to name it DuPont.

Cells represent single companies, groups, or organizations. However, you could name the group the Chemical Trust or something to that effect. It is helpful for update purposes because talking about the doings of the chemical industry is less impressive than talking about the doings of the Chemical Trust or something along those lines.

Would political parties be claimable? I have some plans for Germany and other European nations...

Somewhere in Russia

With an AK slugged around his back, a brown haired man walked into the basement to a seemingly deserted building. The only person in the room was a man, well into his senior years, intently staring down at a table covered with maps of countries all over the world. The brown haired man's counterpart remained focused on scanning the papers for whatever information was on them. Needing his attention, the newcomer asked, "Dmitri, you called for me?"

The old man's voice croaked out, "Ah, yes. Yuri, can you come over here? I need to talk to you."

Yuri nodded and approached the table. Looking down, he noticed that most of the papers weren't even modern day. Ranging from as early as 1945, most of the maps dealt with the Cold War, with hammer and sickles being countered and flanked by a black and red cross symbol across the globe. Other symbols denoting other groups were present in some maps, but never to the same extent as the main two symbols.

"Yuri," Dmitri started to say, "I don't have much time left. Assuming I live long enough to my birthday, 2014 will be my ninety-second year on this earth. Death haunts me every time I close my eyes. I'm going to die soon, Yuri. There's no escapting it.

I devoted my entire life for the betterment of man. I held a Mosin-Nagat in 1940, ready to kill the fascists that threatened the Soviet Union. Then I saw how the Popular Front died, and the west betrayed us. I've seen the fall of Stalin, Khrushchev, Brezhnev, and of the USSR itself. Just like me, the revolution itself is on its last legs, Yuri."

Yuri's throat went dry. This was the uncomfortable truth that everyone faced everyone in the Worldwide Revolution. The simple fact of how he was meeting their leader, Dmitri Reznov, in a basement of an abandoned building rather than in a secure bunker showed how much the organization fell in the last fifty years. The last few communist states were under constant market pressure by the United States, and it would be a gross exaggeration of truth fit for Stalinesque propaganda to call the likes of China and her sphere as "communist" at this point. North Korea was more like the Nazis than any form of communism Yuri knew of. Cuba really was the only state left, and even then it probably won't last past the Castro brothers's death.

"We can recover past this," Yuri claimed, "As long as the people yearn for freedom, the revolution is never dead. We can't give up now".

"Who said anything about giving up, Yuri?," Reznov smirked. "I've seen the fall of many. I will see to it the fall of one more person before I die. Yuri, we are going to retake Russia back from the western traitors. Starting with the fall of the traitor Putin."

"That's... ambitious...," Yuri admitted. "We don't have that kind of resources to pull a stunt like this anymore."

"We might not now," Dmitri retorted, "but we certainly won't in ten years. It's do or die for us; we need to remake a new powerbase for us. Now, look at this paper."

As soon as the old man said that, he procured a piece of paper from his pocket, and handed it to Yuri. He grabbed the piece of paper, and unfolded it out. Scanning the paper, he saw that the note was a list of steps, but in archaic code names. The list read:

"STEP 1: RED DAWN

STEP 2: AWAKE THE BEAR

STEP 3: ROTFRONT

STEP 4: GLOBAL FREEZING

STEP 5: BLUE DUSK"

"What does this even mean, Dmitri?," asked Yuri.

"It's a plan for the achievement of the worldwide revolution. Right now, we need to achieve step 1, Red Dawn. It means we need to reawaken communism within Russia, and get the people angry enough at the current oligarchy to depose it. Putin looks invincible, but his main weapon is fear. If we can direct fear against him, however, his invincibility will erode away. The rest of his regime was specifically chosen to be spineless, so getting rid of him will get rid of the rest of the rats.

And the plan is simple. Sochi is coming up next month. Everyone is worried that something is going to happen during the Olympic games, so if we make something happen during the festivals, it would be a permanent stain on Putin's record. The plan itself should be simple; we pay off some guards, dress up as some terrorists, and start a massacre in the Olympic Village during the Olympics itself. It will be a suicide mission for those who volunteer, but if it succeeds, Putin will finally become fallible. Then just watch as the people of Russia do the rest."

"And if we get found out?"

"Take everyone and leave the country. Go to Cuba. Putin will hunt the rest of us to death, and we won't have much resources left to fight back. Like I said, this is do or die."

Yuri saluted, "It was an honor serving for the revolution, Reznov. I will not fail y-"

"Hold on, Mr. Makarov," Reznov said, "You're not going to Sochi yourself. I need a heir, and from my past exchanges with you, I know you will be a great leader. I will lead the assault in Sochi; I'm expendable, not you."

The old man reached underneath the table, and grabbed his ancient Mosin-Nagat rifle, along with some folders. He started to put the posters away, ignoring a flabbergasted Yuri. "But- But-," the brown haired man protested, not wanting to see his mentor running off and dooming himself to his fate.

"I'm going to die anyways. I'd rather die for the cause than in my sleep."

"The plans," Yuri responded, "I don't know what the other steps mean!"

Dmitri smiled, and patted him on the shoulder. "You'll know when its time to start the step. Don't let your fear get to you, Yuri."

"Y-Yes sir", Yuri said, saluting again.
