Spanish Mission +2 Loyalty How?

I recall reading/hearing about Spain's Mission also getting a Loyalty buff on foreign continents along with England's RND in R&F but I don't see anything in the civilopedia or the wiki.

I believe it works but like a lot of other things the civ wiki wasn’t updated

Yeah. Actually it says so in the game loading screen. +2 Loyalty when a Mission is built adjacent to the city centre on a foreign continent. OMG so many conditions
