In multiplayer ce is dangerous due to pillaging factor. If someone pillages a town he gets incredible amount of gold+ you cannot grow back town. However if someone pillages a farm, its not a big deal. Still you cottage some inner cities and it would be best to however leave most cities on fe just for the emergency mass whipping option.
