C2C already have some change on specialists by civics, but not a lot.
My idea is to make specialists more "civics dependant".
So.. A little list of what I think about this. Some bonus, some malus, some... Just both.
In green : New
In blue : change of value
In red : Old
In black : already here, no change
What do you think of this? I think that can help to make civics more diffrent ^^
I had an idean, but I m not sure it's possible : In "Power" and 'Religions" civics, add a -1 crime per turn to some specialist. So, Intolerant would have a -1 crime per turn per priest. Because you fear them in such societes.
