Ok, welcome lmsw08233! Oman is a good choice, u can teach a few things that most people don't know about that civ.
Sorry Volum, I didn't mention that, ports aren't available in this age. Roads are though, so those isolated civs are isolated unless the get a colony.

Update 3- 3600BC The Rise of Civilization
The age of civilizations continues as more enter the world...
In the dry land of Arabia the people that call themselves the Omans grow together to build the village of Muscat. This land is very sandy and lack of water, they will have to be smart to survive in this land without farms. Will ruler Emir Murad lead his people to thier destiny? Though they are not alone in this area...
The Baylonians under King Azale build the city of Babylon between the Tigris and Euphrates River. Thier people grow to become very creative and artistic. especcially thier ruler. They begin the Tower of Babel which will keep people thinking for ages (+3 Economy and +2 Education- 1/8). Many people all round Babylon crowd the construction site as it begins to form in shape.
In the Indian Peninsula the people of Calcutta continue to wonder how to use thier War Elephants. They were confused for 100 years until one man went to the king and told them about his ideas that he sketched in a stone plate. It showed the War Elephant traveling with a box in the top. A man was in the box shooting spears and arrows through the bows. King Abujahapatar loved this idea and recruited thier first War Elephant! This first one was to be monumental and a breakthrough in Calcuttan History. Though the King's Generals needed 6 Gold to recruit 100 War Elephants.
The oppressive ruler of the Vikings continue to expand in Scandinavia. Though thier citizens become rebbellion becuase of the new village of Otta, though King Torbjorn knew how to keep these rebellors away. He set them in prison in the new village. Will this be a good idea? The people of Vikingland loose confidence.
The battle begins between Carthage and th Algerians heat up. The Carthaginigans send 400 troops to the Algerian Border, though the Algerians were ready. The battle was fierce, though the Algerians were fighting for thier life. Thier General ordered recruits of Archers and launched them behind thier Palisade Wall. Though the Carthage Stone Spears ripped through these with only 80 Casualties, the Algerians loose 150 troops and flee with the survivors. Though they are not finished...
The Chinese continue thier road network and increase thier economy though finds out they will need a road to another place, Korea. The Koreans offer no ceasfire if they're territory is touched by the Chinese color...
The Netherlands find no other solution to thier new Neighbors but diplomacy. Though they demand too much. They increase thier army to a massive 300 Troops and thier citizens grow jealous that they have no gold and it is going to the army, they grow unhappy. The Danish though do not agree to thier demands and expand south between Prussia and the Netherlands. Will this cause a war? The English also demand that the Netherlanders keep thier distance and leave thier island.
The Aracunians continue to expand and build scouts to explore. Though when one of thier scouts come with +1 Food they bring information of a new Tribe, the Argentinians, the peaceful tribe ask for the Aracunians to keep thier distance.
The Sweedish also continue to expand around the Vikings.
The Kushans and Meroes combine thier army and form one nation called the Kushmeroe Empire. This Empire will be a bigger threat to the Nubian citizens.
As King Emu sees this threat he still decides to expand economy instead, the confidence of his people decreased as hey feel they will be conquered.

the complete refusal of the generous offer of peace to the Danes angered the Nethelands , the danes did not even try to negotiate , they just refused it! it is clear that they wish no peace from us and therefore we are forced to crush them while we can!
statement to the people of the netherlands: " my subjects , dark times are ahead , the danes , one of our newly found neighbours, have proven their belligent intetions by expanding into territories that are righfully ours , we must stop them , we must destroy them! , may the gods bless us all"

The first Punic war was going well with the Carthaginaiens breaking and routing the Algerians at the first battle but as the front line neared the Capital of Algeria, new men and new tacicts would be needed.
After the first battle many men had remarked that if the archers on the Algerians side had more time to prepare then they would take a lot more son's of Carthage out of the battle before a mass charge could run down their forces.
The latest Head of the House Bacra decided that these men were right and gave funding for the training on the army to be increased so that they would be able to not only charge in line more easliy but use small arrow shields to protect them.
Also an extra 100 men were trained up and armed while another feild would be sowed to feed this company.
These 100 men would pretect Carthage while the oringal home gaurd would lead the attack as Ben-Ammon leader member of House Bacra would lead the final assult on the Algerian city himself.
While the country was swinging its might West peacefull expasion North and East would contuine. With Sardinia needing filling it was decided to go to the European mainland and a landing on Easten Spain to bulid a colony there.

Oman, and the city of Muscat is based on an -if not fertile then arable- oasis of land between two deserts basically cutting the nation off from the rest of the Arabian peninsula.
For this reason it has become necesarry for the Omani to grow fruits and vegetables in huge greenhouses(wooden framed buildings with cotton covers draped over) to feed the people; however water for this venture was difficult.
Murad therefore ordered an irrigation program to bring water down from the nearby hills which protected Muscat from the deep desert.

Amirsan you shoulda filled in the bits about my nation i missed; like what my Unique resource gives me etc; i left them blank cos i didnt know what to put.
-Build Irrigation to expand our greenhouses (increase economy)
-Try and dispatch some of our Omani Desert Raiders north to find trees for lumber and to bring back saplings to plant in the nearby hills to give Oman a permament source of lumber.
-Try and expand over the hills across the desert into the Aden region
-Use our small raft/fishing fleet to transport settlers across the gulf to the fertile Iranian plateux
