Ok, this is going to be my second stAMNES in the series and dont worry, I can handle it. The amount of time I have to wait for orders in stAMNES,1 I could run like 3 more NESs.
This will be much simpler, very much with only one varient for amost the whole game (you will see at the very bottom). Sinse it will be simpler, updates will be faster, though I will not nag for orders, I will wait untill I have strictly 1/2 of orders, or most of them to suit the people that have given orders. So read all the rules below thoroughly and understand them before signing up, these will be the only ones for a while...
Economy
Economy will be levels and just levels, no gold whatsoever. It will be 11 levels though only 5 of them is available now. You must say how you will do it. Upgrading will take 1 turn and only one thing can be upgraded every turn...

Military
Army and Navy will be increased according to what I put. They will mostly be controlled by your population and your average economy. Population can be improved with more territory. Army and navy will be increased by numbers not levels (I hate the milit on armies, which histrically there was none).
Military Training
Cannot be upgraded till the next age, historically, there was no military organization untill the Bronze Age. Age advance and very, very, very high military may limit the training of them. Upgrading army to the next age also lowers the training.

Expansion
Expansion will be auto, a little slow, though faster as education, ages and military numbers go up.
Education
I hate limits on Education becuase your people intelligence can be increased at anytime though it is needed, so I put like 11 levels, limit is literate. When your education once becomes level 4 you may start researching technologies like China444's nes. This game will start at 3000BC Copper Age.

Confidence
It helps your military performance and random events, you will only get better with stories, dont write stories, you wont like what happens...
Culture
You can mostley get it from stories (remember, this is a story nes). You can also get it from cities and wonders. It will be numbered, you dont get it every turn like my other nes. Culture helps when meeting barbarians, NPC, and give you influence when gathering territory and capturing it.
Wonder
Tell me effects and I give you the turns, do not add culture to it, that is my judgement. You must have a story when starting a wonder, no story, no wonder. Building a wonder has lots to write about, or else it shouldn't be a wonder...
Trade
Ok, trade is like any other nes though intead of taking 3 economy levels, it takes 2 and needs a road from one of your cities to one of your neighbors cities. Roads are explained below. Trade gives you an economy level every three turns and the cost is needed from both nations benefiting from it.
Roads
Just tell me where you want the road to go from and where and depending on distance I will tell you how long, this will eliminate the need for borders for trade, though longer the distance, longer the time to build. It costs 1 economy level to build. Road also can be built inside territory to increase the speed between one side to the other to increase speed. You do not need to keep track of this, it will be shown on the map.
Forts
Will be explained later in the game...
Unique Units
You may make one for each age, though say what it replaces and its pros and cons.
You can only upgrade 1 thing per turn and build as many things per turn (ie. Cities and Roads)
We will see how well the Roads and cities rules go before abolishing them, please tell me if it needs to be more simpler
Approval rating has been added to the stats replacing confidence.
Living standards have been added and can be increased with better stories (most of all) and a mixture of high education and economy and all that other stuff.
Morale has been added alongside training under navy and army.
Walls may be built (price and time depending on how long they are).
