Star Wars: The Mod - Unit requests

BTW, just bumping this thread with a Headhunter Update: Got the run animation done:

I have some real bad news: The persistent, undeleteable spyware on my laptop (which had all the files for the Headhunter) finally caused it to crash hard, and I had to use the system recovery CDs to get it back up and running (I still need to re-install Bryce and some of my games, but at least the sound card works now), but to make a long story short, I've lost all the work on the Headhunter up to this point, including the original model (but I can download that easily enough), so it's going to take me another two weeks or more to re-do the unit.

Needless to say, one of the FIRST things I re-installed is my anti-spyware program, so that I won't have to repeat this fiasco again. Thankfully, I'd already transferred the Final Fantasy mod and all my Important stuff to my desktop, so nothing should be delayed there.

Oh my God! That's horrible! At least you restored the FF mod. Would've been a year's of hard work down the drain, huh? Make sure you load virus/spyware stuff before you do anything else. I lost 2 of my hard drives when I didn't.

Actually, to update the situation, I just got around to checking the HD on my laptop, and it appears that when the system recovery program formated and re-loaded the OS and drivers, it only wiped the "C" partition, while leaving the "D" partition (where I have all my misc stuff) intact, so unit production will continue as planned. :cool:

Ok, cool. I've run into a bit of trouble (as always) creating the tauntaun unit. Firstly;
I've figured out SBB and it's a Godsend. The thing is, all of of my directions have the same amount of frames, yet SBB keeps on saying I have an unequal amount of frames and gives me like, 5 extra empty extra frames. So I shrink up the box to regular proportions. No biggie. Then comes problem 2;
FLICster hates me. As I mentioned earlier, every time I make a new flic to import my storboard into, FLICster crashes. Chris said that maybe it was the size of the SBB thing. So I match the sizes of the storyboard and the SBB product and it crashes again. I export it to a flc, though, and the SW direction works, but the anim is all glitchy and weird, (just like the first unit I tried to do; lightsaber Yoda) but when I open any direction, it crashes.So I just test FLICster by making a dot in the storyboard. FLICster crashes. Strange. I've never had this problem with my other units, because I built those off of existing ones, but now that I have a brand new SB, it screws up. Is my version of FLICster outdated? Is my paint program (Wally) incompatible? Someone help me out here.

BTW, I've done the attack and run, and am currently working on the death and default, :D.

I made a tutorial about m-units that may be helpful. It covers a way around that. (i think). I ran into the same problem, with my Tie. Just choose and existing unit, export a flic to a storyboard woth Civ3FlcEdit (not Flicster), and then paste the new storyboard over the old one. THat should work, and colors should be right. I didn't even have to mess with pallettes much when I did that.

Well, Headhunter creation is back on the front burner. I got the attack A animation done today:

In another part of the galaxy... we are working on unit lines. I've been screaming at my compuer for a month trying to make a tauntaun, and I got sidetracked on an MTT. The old one was way to big, had a bad pallette, and had a weird attack. So in about an hour I've gotten the default and most of the attack. Here is a preview (looks greatly undetailed due to Flc2Gif's limited pallette):
