I bought the game, but it didn't come with a CD key.
I don't know. I have a couple of games that don't work because I don't have the CD key.How come ?
I used to play it online a lot for the challenge until people started cheating with map hacks.
They hinted that there will be a future title for the franchise just recently.
It still counts as piracy. I guess if I want to play it I'll have to buy it again.
I played tons of multiplayer Starcraft games on B.Net I logged over 3000 games online.
My username back then was AmericanJesus. But I havent logged in for 4 years now!
Anyways Im always here to discuss strategies, but I doubt Ill ever re-install it on my PC unless its to to some planned MP games.![]()
Wow, what maps did you play on? I mean did fastest/zero clutter even exist way back then? lol
I played a lot of Hunters 4 vs 4 ... lots of 4 vs cpu.
But the last 500 games or so were on special maps.
as for the fastest / zero clutter I dont remember.
Hunters is like BGH? I never really play on those much. By "special maps" do you mean Use Map Settings maps?
yeah Hunters = Big Game Hunters
and special maps = Use map settings.
yeah!![]()
I only played BGH once when I first got Brood war. My base got overrun by those stupid lurkers...![]()
What UMS did you play? I like hero wars, nexus d, zone of control, evolves, team micro arena, and I'm the masta' at bunka warz.
I'd have to go and look into that to tell you for sure .... one I liked a lot was protecting a fort in the middle of a desert with tons of zergs raiding.
That was real fun.
I was a master at 4 vs cpu on BGH .... real easy trick to prevent the AI from coming in your base was to close the entrance of your territory with 4 supply depots and having 4 bunkers behind it and 4 tanks. AI just runs around in circles in front of your attacking tanks! (seige mode for sure) + having marines with the shooting distance upgrade was a AI killer.
yeah Hunters = Big Game Hunters
and special maps = Use map settings.
yeah!![]()
Hunters was NOT the same as Big Game Hunters. The layout was the same, but BGH had two huge gas mines and nearly infinite crystals at each start, whereas hunters had one mine and limited crystals. BGH was basically a noob version of Hunters, which was a pretty good map.
