I'm trying to make a custom map, and I have the terrain, the resources and the balance perfect, but I'm having a problem. Every time I start the game, I'm always in the same spot.
I'm not playing a scenario, I just placed where I want Civilization starting points to be, but even with different Civilizations and disabling start bias, I'm always in the exact same spot. Does anyone know what causing this?
