We see no way either one of your countries can even imagine to invade the other, so a NAP between them two seems rather strange, however we see no reason why it cannot exist. As for a NAP between Russia and Sweeden, due to previous Sweedish remarks we prefer to wait at the moment before committing to such an agreement.

If you told me the sky was blue I would double check. I can't double check here, so I'll settle with calling you a liar. That is not an insult, just a statement of fact.
I never offered to help rebels, My message to the rebels was carefully crafted to make sure that there was no perception of help, only of vauge emotional support.
Furthermore an NAP is not a matter of trust, it is a matter of distrust, I distrust you to keep on peaceful terms with me and so I'm asking for an NAP. YOU refuse showing that you are preparing for a war and using your pathetic attempt at playing the 'victim' to justify it. Well it won't work on this Swede!

The Tsar of the Russias intends to conquer and enslave Sweden. This is beyond any doubt in my mind. He refused an offer of peace, and prosperity, he forced the Turks to join him to prevent a two-front war when he inevitbly invades Sweden. This is just the kind of treachery we can expect from his ilk.
France, on the other hand, supports this as it works to keep a tight bondage upon her slaves in Germany and Italy. Proud Germans try to rise up for their own freedom, nothing more, but France continually smacks them down with massive armies. This sickens me. I am not in a state at which I can effectively end this tyranny, though I try, and I wish to take this time to let the rest of the world know the low-down.
In Russia, Jews are beaten with sticks for the pleasure of the Tsar.
In France, Napoleon personally slaps Sicilians around with fish.
