I had the infinite peace bug so I tried verifying integrity of game cache. Every time I scan the result is "1 files failed to validate and will be reacquired", steam downloads a 22.1 MB file, I revalidate the cache, 1 file found, downloads another 22.1 MB file ... ect... ect... The cycle continued for the 4 times I tried doing this.
