Unusual allies wage war in Asia! Overcoming their long-time rivalry, Britain and the USSR have undertaken joint operations against China. China took much of Malaysia and some of the land around Hong Kong using a "human wave" attack that cost them high casualties. Tibet quickly overthrew the Chinese regime and joined Britain. Britain made slow progress elsewhere, fighting against superior Chinese numbers. Meanwhile, Russia's Far East Army, supplemented by a large portion of the European Army which had been drawn away from borders they hoped were made safe by their alliance with Britain, moved quickly into Manchuria and Korea. Much of Mongolia rebeled against China and allowed Russia to move quickly through. Korea joined with Britain and Russia to push the Chinese occupiers back to the 38th paralell. Russia has expressed its goals as being a restoration of Mao's regime, the liberation of Mongolia and Korea, and the occupation of Manchuria.

Peace in Middle East! The badly-damaged nation of Iraq surrendered to the Allies, returning all of Iran's land and giving up Kurdistan to Turkey. The oil of Kurdistan is improving Turkey's economy.

Bombs in Turkey! Turkey builds its first nukes.

Taiwan, Okinawa establish Home Guards! The Independent States of Taiwan and Okinawa have built their military, ensuring their status as free nations.

East Germany builds superrailroad! A massive railroad has been built throughout East Germany also into West Germany, connecting cities and revitalizing trade. Both economies have been greatly increased.
