You can make your own Doctine, however the Gunas Doctrine will stay unchanged for the simple fact that it continues to protect African sovereignty. I will not tolerate other nations involving themselves in African wars. This is inter-state wars not intra state or civil wars.

To The World:
It is settled the Gunas Doctarine in Morocco has been destroyed and in place the new Rabat Doctarine. Eygpt maystill keep the Gunas Doctarine but it will not affect Morocco in any way. it will be the same as we stated it above. Any countries in Africa may change the Doctarine to the Rabat Doctarine if youd like.

To Eygpt:
Egyptian and Ozeanian troops begin to show up in the towns and districts of the rebellion

I was reading threw the Update and was disgusted too see this! You are the one ranting and raving about not allowing non-African countries into Africa and yet you allow Ozeania in to get rid of the Rebellion. You could have easily asked a fellow African country. Madagascar would probly easity of helped but instead you decided to break your own Doctarine set down by your own leader. What i find is worse is youve been saying how the Gunas Doctarine is much better than the new Rabat Doctarine while you broke the doctarine you find so high and mighty.

We do allow it? Why? Because it is a War not against another state but a war against the Southerners. It is a Civil War. Not a interstate war such as your own.

Egyptian Orders

Start rebuilding the Suez Canal, allow other nations to help also.
Have the Army and any other troops given by other nations to help against the Southern Rebellion.
Have 1,000,000 conscripts along the Suez Canal.

Yet youre Doctarine says no outside country is allowed to interfere with African incidents. It does not matter if its interstae you are an African country so its an African situation making this a violation of the Gunas Doctarine.

You show me where the revised version of the Gunas Doctrine of 1859 says this (oh wait you can;t I never really posted it). As Spainish troops were killed in the Saharan invasion we will allow their participation, however it remains to be seen why they were there in the in the first place, in direct violation of the Doctrine, it also will be a war if Spain takes control of any territory in Africa at all.

So you're saying that as long as non-African troops get killed in Africa, they are allowed to be messing around here and there on the African continent? So how about I send 100 troops there to get killed, and then I will have a free hand in Africa?

That would be a direct violation of the Gunas Doctrine. We are of the understanding that the Saharans attacked the Spainish stronghold on the North African coastline and as such the Spainish have special privilges. However if they take any land those will be revoked and Egypt will bring justice to the peoples of Africa.

We will take territory in warfare, but you have our assurances all land taken will be returned to Sahara in a peace settlement.
