Unfortunately, due to the lack of any but one set of orders, and apparent lack of interest or willingness on the part of players to participate again, I sadly, regretfully declare this NES dead.
Would I like to continue it, yes. But with only one player, there is nothing to do.

not much real diplo to answer - Russia is SUPPOSED TO BE a player-controlled nation; Persia has nothing to say

but at least you had some kind of an excuse. i'm still waiting to hear from others
