Yay! Update!

The High Priest of Balism, Siram Dezarej, stepped out of the Jade Pinnacle and gazed over the large crowd. The great congregation held a vast and varied collection of people. Some were Balist pilgrims, visiting its heart in Kuala Lumpur from the furthest frontiers of the religion.
Others were curious locals, coming to him as a sign of wisdom and stability, to explain to them what they did not understand.
Senators from all corners of Malaysia were present. The annual speech from the voice of the Omniscience, the High Priest, was always a major event.
Even a few foreign travellers were present, curious and wishing to learn of Malaysia's customs.
The High Priest cleared his throat. The crowd went silent. And he began.
"Some say that the Balist world has fallen upon hard times. Our oldest and closest ally, Vietnam-"
Applause and a few shouts came from some yellow-clad Vietnamese in the crowd. The High Priest smiled.
"Vietnam- has been under increasing pressure by its neighbours. Its lands, its holdings in China begin to fragment. Aid is sent, but Kuril'Taria's dream of massive empire and the dismantling of its rivals is firmly set.
New faiths, too, are arising. Confucius of Shanghai preaches new religion. What is my stance to his teachings? The same as it has been as long as we have been aware of others. Its teachings are in line with Balism. It teaches the values we hold. We need not fight something which is not a threat to our faith, or our nations. Malaysia and Australia can remember only too well what happens when petty differences in religion escalate to war.
So, fellow Balists and honoured guests, I answer to your question, 'How are we doing?' with this:
Malaysia and her allies are continuing on as always. The Balance will guide us through dangerous times, the army of Malaysia will defend us against all threats, and the strength of our people will forever hold us together.
Thank you."
The High Priest bowed low to the crowd, and the crowd cheered his words.
