ok the 2 grouths are not using economies. They are 2 free grouths.
You cannot use the 2 free grouths AND the 1 kill eocnomy rule togheter.
So you can't rush a wonder and do anything else togehter...

Clauduis VII was too young to take the throne. His father before him, king of the greatest nation in the world, died from an unknown disease. This left the full kingdom in the hands of a thirteen-year old. And so, because he was obviously too young and without any military experience, his mother, Antonette, took the throne as regent for her son. Under her reign, Lusitania went through the most glorious days since it's founding by Giss. Coming from a poor family, Antonette knew of the poverty that the poor lived. Her first act was to construct more and more marketplaces throughout the kingdom, a sure remedy to poverty as anyone can sell their goods at the market for whatever price they wanted. With the growth of markets meant the increase of trade from Lusitanian colonies in Africus, and the flow of wealth into the cities of Lusitania.
The second thing done was the recruitment of poor men, not just rich men, into the army. Now, of course, they were not allowed immediate service since that would offset the proffesionality of the armed forces, but they were recruited for militia purposes, and were paid for the training they went through, and each year they were paid to remain trained and ready to defend their village of city. This would hopefully give the poor more jobs, and perhaps get them spending more money on goods, that in turn would keep the economy going.
The next thing Antonette did was the establishment of a third Africus colony, the most southern one, and hopefully what would be the most profitable one. Here a large port would be constructed that would house most of the Royal fleet, and would give more purpose to settle here; with this port came trade from the natives from all down the coast of Africus, and soon large markets would be built here too, so traders from Lusitania would come here instead of wait for the goods to be brought up to them. This would increase population in the colony, and hopefully please the natives around it as well.
ORDERS
-Do the colony with the port thing, as described in story.
-Create militia's (not army, this is for economy booster) of poor people, pay them to be trained.
-Construct markets everywhere in my country.
-Establish a prince to rule the largest African colony, this will be the first Africus colony treated like a province.
-Keep on guard.

Update 6, 1250BC
Fujin move settlers into the west meeting a new Chinese state. This one is huge and has a great army. Hunan is the biggest Chinese state land wise. After meeting them the fleet reach Taiwan. This time they met much more organized army adn navy the destoried everything that came. Taiwan left not to be part of Fujin again.
Iroqious annex their new conquered teritories after the tribes agree. More tribes in the north join the league.
Lusitania (sp?) settle a new bigger colony southward in Africa. Creating a major port brought many people into this new lands to find riches. The port city soon become the second biggest city in Lusitania. Also creating markets across the country and creating milita police out of the people in each village economy continue to grow and prossper as Lusitania becomes a Rich country.
Sparta and Lydia both try to claim the lands of Troy. Lydia sends 4 armies and Sparta sending all their milliatery, 3 armies, fight one grand battle on the ancient lands of Troy. Both armies suffer a loose of 2 armies buth in the end Spartan generals command a full retreat into the Athenian colony, that for their suprise doesn't accept them! the words were "Troy is gone, Alliance is broken! Get out!". Immidietly the Spartan navy the last reamaning army to SParta afraid of an Athenian attack.

In South America war breaks! Inca and Iron Eye Incans are invaded by the vast amounts of SOuth American tribes. Barly surviving the onslaugh the two Incan states are broken into pieces loosing most of their miliatery. Luckily the economy for both have yet to feel a drop.
(Looses: 5 Iron Eye Incans armies, 6 Incan armies)
In the middle east Assyrian ivnasion continue. The City of Babylon is under siege after 2 great land battles wich in both Assyria loose but with many looses in men power. Median invade Assyria from the North unopposed reaching the river. Now Assyrian capital is under the risk of being taken.. . Babylon finaly see a victory in Babylon city.
(Looses: 4 Babylon armies, 4 Assyrian armies)
Jingso and Hupey sign unification when Hupay begin to siege the capital of Jingso.
