Wei Dynasty
The Wei Dynasty combined with the armies of Wu led, by Warlord Sun Quan, launched a counter strike against the Shu Dynasty of Tok.
Emperor Cao Cao led a ferocious assault on Northern Jing, and Hei-Bei, his army manages to push back the defender of Hei-Bei and North Jing Warlord Zhao Yun, securing the remainder of Jing, and parts of Hei-Bei for the Wei Empire.
Warlord Sun Quan, after swearing fealty to Emperor Cao Cao, lead his armies out from Xia Koa against the Jiang Dong province, leading him into direct conflict with the ruler of Jiang Dong, his sister Sun Li. Sun Quan manages to force his sister out of Cheng Cang, the capital of Jiang Dong, and back towards the Yi Province.
And Finally Warlord Guo Jia, on the promise of fighting his hated rival Cai Mao, lead the Wei attack against Xu. Guo Jia and Cai Mao fight to a standstill near Xu Chang.
Xu Chang, Wei Capital of Tok
"I swear fealty to you, Cao Cao, only that I am able to destroy Zhuge Liao" Sun Quans voice resonates through the court, "He was once my friend, and I betrayed him, now i find myself in servitude to you"
"Yes Sun Quan" Cao Cao nods, the crown on his head slipping down a little, "I forgave you for your actions against Wei and spared yor life, for that you owe me a life debt, and all I asked in return was your recognition of my Crown"
"And he gave it willingly Lord Cao Cao" Guo Jia enters the room, his long flowing over robe, signalling his status as a Warlord, trailing behind him, "He has proven his worth to us do you not think?"
"Hold your tongue Guo Jia!" General Xun Yu, of Wei, new Grand Commander of the Wei forces, and Cao Caos wife, glares up from her place at Cao Caos side, "Do not speak to your soveriegn so!"
"I beg my ladys forgiveness..." Guo Jia gives a short stiff bow, showing he really didnt care what Xun Yu thought
"You like to live dangerously dont you Guo Jia?" Cao Cao lets out a snort of a laugh, "Xun Yu would cut your tongue off in a flash for speaking so, if i wished her to do it that is"
"I am of no worth to you my Emperor if i was afraid to speak my mind..." Guo Jia replies with a disarming smile on his face.
"My Lord although I began my service grudingly, I have come to believe that perhaps you are a better alternative than Zhuge Liao as Emperor" Sun Quan bows before Cao Cao, "Though he, and his cousin Liu Bei, were my friends, they are both unsuitable for the position of high Emperor of Tok..."
"Thank you Sun Quan" Cao Cao smiles, as does Xun Yu, "What has changed your mind?"
"Zhuge Liao is young, foolish, and inexperienced, his cousin would rule through him" Sun Quan frowns, "And Liu Bei, he is soft, he would see us burning under the fires of Jemikno!"
"And you believe that Lord Cao Cao could do any better?" Guo Jia asks, earning a glare from Xun Yu
"Yes I do..." Sun Quen regards Guo Jia with a thoughtful gaze, "Emperor Cao Cao is intelligence, and strong, a natural leader...Jemikno would have a time conquering Tok with Cao Cao at its head!"
"Thank you for your kind words Sun Quan" Cao Cao stands up and steps down off the diaz towards Sun Quan, "Thank you indeed"
Shu Dynasty
The Shu was on the defensive, Hinoan troops had been withdrawn to assist their homelands in the war effort against the Shikaa.
Lord Cai Mao of Xu, reknowned for his defensive prowess, lead a staunch defense against a ferocious attack by his nemesis Guo Jia, on his homelands of Xu. He was victorious.
Lady Sun Li lead the Shu army in defense of Jiang Dong, her forces based around the city of Cheng Cang, were defeated at the hands of her own brother, and she was left trapped in the city with a handful of soldiers, while the rest feld before a Wei onslaught.
Warlord Zhao Yun led the defense of Jing and Hei-Bei provinces from an attack by Emperor Cao Cao himself. Zhao Yun, who was better known for his prowess and successes in attacking, than his victories in defending, was easily defeated by the Emperor and was thrown back into Hei Bei proper.
Hang Zhong, Tok Capital City-Shu Controlled
"Without the Imperial seal my rule is as nothing cousin!" Zhuge Liao shouts in his rage at Liu Bei, "We need to secure it, where is it?"
"Calm yourself cousin we still have the upper hand" Liu Bei tries to sooth his cousin, "Cao Cao claims he has the mandate of heaven so perhaps he has the Imperial Seal..."
"Are you suggesting that the Seal...that the Mandate of Heaven has been granted to that petty tyrant Cao Cao!?" Zhuge Liao turns to fix a glare upon Liu Bei, "Lies! FIND ME THE SEAL!"
"Yes cousin" Liu Bei blanches at his cousins glare and tone of voice, he bows low and excuses himself from the Hang Zhong Court.
Zhuge Liao, Shu Emperor of Tok, now holds his court in the historic capital of Tok, Hang Zhong.
Many people believe now that he holds court there, his acendancy to become the Child of Heave, Emperor of Tok, is certain, but many more say he does not hold the Imperial Seal, the sign of Heavens mandate, and therefore can not be Emperor.
This is what has Zhuge Liao so worked up, he knows Cao Cao has somehow secured the Imperial Seal, but does not know how, and does not wish to believe it.
"I am Emperor!" He shouts to himself and then more quietly, "I AM Emperor of Tok..."
