Strange capital

In one game I was playing a historical Europe game and Britain changed it's capital to Baghdad (I thin it was Baghdad). WHY?? They still had London, so it wasn't because of that.

In one game I was playing a historical Europe game and Britain changed it's capital to Baghdad (I thin it was Baghdad). WHY?? They still had London, so it wasn't because of that.

That is strange. About the best I can think of is that Baghdad WELL out of harms way given it's location on the map, (Assuming you're playing the Europe map) as oppossed to London which can easily be bombed.
