is it possible from recovering from here? barbarians razed 2 cities and i sold 2 cities to catch up on tech

the screenshot doesn't give me a lot of detail but it looks pretty easy to recover there, though if you're having trouble you should change your production in Delhi and Mumbai to military units

Fun! You at least have advanced medieval. He's not as far ahead as it may seem. Capture cities from him to get tons of research out of those war prizes!

Combine your units together, it'll put them on much more equal footing. Build more offensive units too, your cities have enough defence that they should last enough time to get a sizeable army going

Does Trantor even play with that option (Size Matters IIRC)? I don't think there is even a single unit with an "unusual" strength in that screenshot.

no, i do not use combine unit option....

capturd the city and sold it back to rome for peaceand 40K gold. used the gold to buy tech and get grenadiers

but sumeria attacked and captured a key city

mu brave spearmen and archers continue to haras the enemy riflemen and grenadier while my main army sneaked in and captured a border city..and lots of tech

the kind British sold me guns and bullets. Then i lost another city but got partisans

my grenadiers are now augmented by hoarde of spearmen's using the British guns....the odds are better now

This type of post is very good. It reminded me of a similar situation I had. But in your case I suggest keeping the peace for a while and in the meantime I suggest you invest in production and military power. You have a healthy economy so you can support a large army. Ensure a momentary peace after you have great capacity, make a surprise attack on the weaker nations (which are challenging you). Attack one by one, without bringing together a large number of allies against you, if that happens "force" a momentary peace and focus on one opponent at a time.

You seem to have a lot of gold both as income and in your treasury. you can buy multiple units in a single turn by selecting one buying him and then selecting the next one.
As long as all that you bought are at the top of the queue they get build in a single turn.

sumeria was crushing israel so i attacked sumeria and took 2 cities.... when sumeria army comes it is obsolute

how was it crushing the modern israel army
