Increase in Military Spending

Prime Minister Churchill recently hinted at an increase in overall miitary spending. Letting the already strong navy rest and merely train for a while, Churchill is said to instead be focusing on Great Britian's aerial forces and tank troops.
"Given our present funds I think that an increase in those areas would be best for our nation" he was quoted as saying.
The increase of one armored division and two bomber squadrons are excpected in 3 and 4 turns respectivly.

Alliance Proposal to France?

There are also rumors that Great Britian has offered an alliance proposal to France, apparently against the growing threat that Germany seems to pose to Europe. Tensions have recently escalated between the two countries, and it seems that with a neutral Union of Soviet Socialist Republic, any conflict to arise on European soil will involve these 3 powers.
