Succession game anyone?

I got the save. It seems we are going the cavalry route. So my plan is to tech economic techs while running a merchant and then bulb stirrups. Settler for bronze and units are also part of plan.

We don't necessarily need to tech economy to get great merchants, as we already have access to markets...assuming you have time time to build one. This frees us up to continue towards religion.

1 turn of revolt to save 2 turns on a GM. Does not seem like the best of idea. Especially since it hampers production as well.

I would only build a market in the capital, if at all. The other sites need to build troops/growth for now.

Guys, stirrups is a cheap tech. We don't need a merchant for it. Troops, settlers, nothing else.

We do not need it but it will save a lot of time.

Agree with akatosh.
We've got enough priorities between the impending war, and the need to rex.
Micro tips for next player:
Start working the plains hill mine over the plains forest for the extra hammer (growth is non urgent due to lack of good tiles/military front. Besides it will grow like crazy when sanitation comes in.
C2 should take the riverside plains hill to get the monument finished ASAP.
its going to have a lack of improbable tiles soon

My personal thought is that we should go Myst -> WotE and build nothing but troops, but here is some non-biased (?) analysis:

Cahir Abbey should be growing to its new happy cap of 9, but isn't because of the overlap/health issues. Sanitation will help it grow in 18 turns if we change nothing, faster if we focus on food growth.

It takes 5 turns to build a market in the capital, 3 in Killybegs (hammers are already invested).

The next Merchant bulb is Currency, not Stirrups, and the bulb will not finish the tech.

Building a pasture for the cow will help with our unhealthiness, but watch out for lizardmen.

We don't really know what is south of us at all except for lizardmen and a few resources. At least 5 other civs are out there and could be creeping towards our rear.

Our military is 1/4 the size of Hippus, and likely 1/4 size of the Clan.

The hippus are at war, we need a form of collateral (I'm counting 85% retreat chance for this), and we therefore need another city for the horses.
We can't afford to just build troops because a) we cam only build nom-bronze axes and warriors, b) we are going to lose our potential land to the hippus soon.
We need to get a settler out of cahir Abbey yesterday.
Cahir can borrow tiles for when it needs growth.

Yes, I'm just waiting for feedback.

I did notice we get currency with our GM. I think that is fine but we should decide if we should run a merchant.

We don't need to discuss anymore, 3 days is long enough. If you really want a market, consider putting it in the capital as that is the easiest place to run it.

Anyways they are your 10 turns, and we trust you to make appropriate choices even though we don't fully agree.

My vote is also no merchant, and to build the settler in the cap.
