Suggestion: Existig building filter.

I know that you can filter out buildings by what they do, can same filter change what already built buildings would be displayed?
For example if I wanted to remove crime adding buildings I have to scan whole list of owned buildings to see which one produce crime.
 
Python folks would have to set that up in the city screen panels that show what buildings you have. That said, it would be tremendously beneficial, yes.

The filters in the dll could probably be applied to that effort in a usefull manner as well.
 
the Filters also don't always show Commerce Hammers or Commerce Science, things like Paths and Bridges sometimes confuse the Filters

I suggested filters for already built buildings, so I guess you posted in wrong place.
