L'Ankou: I'm gonna add SuperCiv to SevoMod (Finally!). Just wanted to let you know. Great work...I know how hard it is to keep a mod like this up to date from personal experience!

I've downloaded the hotfix for the blank diplomacy screen problem, but I can't figure out where to install it. Can someone help out? Thanks in advance.

Hello LAnkou, i really think your project is a great one, and i have a suggestion to make it even better.

The religious war element enabled by Lost units allows parts of history such as the crusades to be re-enacted. As well as giving real benefits to having a religion. So adding that to your project along with Lost wonders and Roger Bacon's Assassin mod would make the experience of playing civilizations even better.

Just think of it, so many civs, added units, added wonders, and assassins!

It's quite eaasy toj do that by yourself, and if he did some people might not download the mod because they just want the civs and don't like the new units.

stupid question maybe dont know where do i download this in mods or assest,i am fairly new to this stuff

It looks great and I want to play it. I seem to be having a few problems downloading it however.

With Rapidshare I click free and I have a wait of 50 seconds. Once that is up I am asked to input a code after which it says my download is invalid. I don't want to pay to download one file.

With the other file download, my browser just hangs and hangs when it says connecting to host server. I have tried with Mozilla and IE.

Any ideas/suggestions?

You don't see any reason to download a mod with dozens of new civs just because it doesn't have the one you like?

Is there a Latvia mod? If not, make it and add it yourself.

Thanks for putting this mod together, L'Ankou -- lotsa good stuff in here. :thanx:

I've had an issue with all of the CivArmy-made civs -- they come up with white flags (except Tupi, Brazil, and Zulu -- those are fine for some reason). I fixed the problem by using DDS converter to change them to .png files, using GIMP to set the Alpha layer's threshold to maximum, and converting the file back to .dds. I don't know what any of the previous sentence means, but it works. :crazyeye: Just a heads-up in case anyone else had the same problem -- maybe L'Ankou can fix it in the next version?

Thanks again!

Is it possible to combine supercivs with other mods, e.g. 'New Balance" etc?

Does GameSpeedTuner have any effet on the pace of Superciv?

Yours

This isn't his problem, this is your own computer. To fix it you just need to change the alpha channel to black.

Hi L'Ankou,

Have to say, I love your mod, but I do have one improvement I'd like to see (not sure if its been mentioned before but dont feel like looking through 15 pages to find out).

When starting a game using custom game, it would be good for all the leaders to be in alphabetical order (as it is at the moment the original civs are in alphabetical order then the new ones appear to be in random order). And while Im at it it would be great to select a country, then choose a leader from that country. However, I have little programming knowledge, so Im not sure how feasable this is, but if it is that would be great.

Also, on a side note, Ive noticed that the portuguese civ has been upgraded to include 2 leaders, is it possible to get this reflected in the next version of superciv?

Thanks,

Zibby
