Survey pop-up

I just got a pop-up asking me to fill in a survey, Is that from here or have I got a hidden passenger on my pc?

BTW, Netscape doesn't either allow popups.

Thanks for the tip anarchywk, I'll d/load mozilla and itstall it, but that wont tell me where the pop-ups are coming from.

I use spybot search and destroy to find any spy ware but that hasn't picked anything up so I was wondering what do other people use to check theire machines with for spyware and the like?

I've gotten this pop-up acouple of times to and I use opera .

Do yo have something for popups that come up even when you are not on the Internet?
I get a stream of them at random intervals in a day, and it is really annoying.

I use to several years ago before I got my DSL modem.

Use to get "Eliminate Pop-Up's Now!" one's over regular intervals of the day, even when not on the internet.

Yeah, a firewall.

Get the basic zonealarm. Its does the job and once it's configured the only thing I notice is all the stuff it stops.
