now, some countries have partly managed, but a lot of other countries ****ed them up again and again (I mean, ruin coffee prices and some places go down the drain again, or oil e.g.), some haven#t had the slightest hance. I suggest checking the Cold War policies of the US, USSR and France and GB in Africa in so-called independent countries - 50 years of being abused doesn't help, 20 of being helped would have!

African countries are still responsible for the warfare, civil wars, and poor economic conitions there. If a king can close schools for a wedding with 11 wives, and spend 5 million on palaces for them, then it is his fault there country has a stagnant economy and poor living conditions.
