Task Forces instead of Armies

Is there any way to create a task force using a sea capable army? I tried a couple experiments. I created a sea going army but when I tried to give destroyers the load command, the command wouldn't show up in the game so I couldn't load anything into the task force.

Doesn't work. You can't load sea units on sea units. Therefore, no Task Forces, no submarine launched Frogmen, no Minelayers.

Oh yes. I forgot about the whole minelayer problem. I should have known ahead it wouldn't work.
