Hope there isn't a fellow physicist among us as Higgs has never been a director general of CERN (he is the theorist who "invented" the Higgs mechanism with the corresponding, still not found Higgs particle). Better would be: Carlo Rubbia or Simon Van der Meer. Both have won nobel prices and have been director general.

Anyway, you can imagine I can ensure you lots of exotic sounding city names etc...
